Rebuilding LawHelpMN.org webinar

LawHelpMN.org is an online resource of statewide legal services, targeted towards low-income and disadvantaged residents. Though my agency, Electric Citizen, we worked to plan, design, build and support the website and a series of online applications.

In this webinar for the legal services community, I talked about our experience in redesigning this important state resource. Our partners at MN Legal Services talked about their project needs, while myself and Electric Citizen technical director, Tim Broeker, talked through our process rebuilding the site, as well as the challenges we faced along the way.
