Presenting at DrupalCon Global
I was selected to present at the North American DrupalCon, an annual national conference for the Drupal community. This conference regularly draws over 3,500 professionals who work with Drupal, an open-source content management system that powers hundreds of thousands of websites worldwide.
The 2020, scheduled to take place in Minneapolis, MN, was moved online due to Covid-19, and rebranded as DrupalCon Global. The number of sessions was greatly reduced to accommodate the online format, but my session was kept.
I conducted the latest version of my talk, "The Battle for Online Privacy," presenting for audience members around the world. The presentation is centered around the evolution of privacy concerns and the web, and steps we should (or need to) take to protect user privacy when building or maintaining websites.
